This amazing quilt was created to commemorate the 2010 Year of the British Home Child in Canada. There are now 2 quilts - one in Alberta and this one in Ontario. Thousands of children were sent to Canada in the hopes of giving them a better life. Some of their stories have been told in these quilts.
This quilt was on display at Upper Canada Village in Morrisburg, Ontario.
